Provides for creation of the Broward Urban Independent Fire District.
Provides for boundaries and jurisdiction. Provides for composition and rules
and regulations of the board. Provides for the power to impose impact fees,
special assessments, user fees, and ad valorem taxes. Provides for a
referendum, etc.
