State University Tuition and Fees: Requires Education Estimating Conference to develop information relating to national average of tuition & fees; revises provisions relating to use of student financial aid fee; revises provisions relating to establishment of tuition differential; provides requirements for assessment & expenditure of tuition differential; provides requirements for revenue raised from private sources for purposes of providing need-based financial aid; provides requirements for university board of trustees to submit proposal to BOG to implement tuition differential; requires BOG review & approval of proposal; requires specified reporting.
