Revises provisions relating to provider contracts that provide benefits to program participants; revises provisions relating to contributions employers are required to make on behalf of participants; revises provisions relating to contract recommendations Board of Governors & State Board of Education are required to submit to DMS; increases number of companies that may provide contracts from five to seven; deletes obsolete provisions.
