HB 663 (2009) -  Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test

Removes requirement that district school board adopt policies for meeting class size maximums which allow student to graduate from high school if student passes grade 10 FCAT; removes requirement that student earn passing score on FCAT or alternative assessment to graduate from high school; conforms provisions relating to statewide assessment program; removes provisions relating to mandatory retention of student in grade 3 who does not meet proficiency level required on reading portion of FCAT.
