SB 1286 (2009) -  Pest Control Compact [EPSC]

General Bill by Dean (CO-SPONSORS) Baker
Pest Control Compact [EPSC]: Enacts the Pest Control Compact. Requires the Commissioner of Agriculture to administer the compact. Provides for the establishment of the Pest Control Insurance Fund to finance pest-control operations under the compact. Prohibits a pledge of the assets of a state that is a party to the compact. Provides for the compact to enter into force upon its enactment by five or more states, etc.
