SB 1386 (2009) -  Public Meetings/Pending Litigation [EPSC]

Adds the risk manager and certain division heads of a governmental entity to the persons who may attend a private meeting discussing pending litigation. Authorizes the required public announcement of an attorney-client session to be made immediately before the session. Prohibits a person who attends such a session from disclosing any part of the discussion until the conclusion of the litigation unless ordered by the court, etc.
