Landlord-Tenant Relations: Requires clerk of court to furnish certain documents & notices to certain occupants of property involved in foreclosure proceeding; provides fees; provides exception; requires landlord to return tenant's security deposit after foreclosure sale; provides penalty; requires landlord to provide notice to tenant of pending foreclosure proceeding; provides legislative findings; provides grounds for termination of lease upon initiation of foreclosure sale; provides liability of tenant & landlord; provides application.
