State University Student Health Insurance: Designates act "Student Health Insurance Protection Act"; provides student health insurance requirements for specified state universities; provides mandatory health insurance requirements for state universities that require students to provide proof of health insurance coverage as condition of enrollment; provides requirements for acceptable alternative domestic student's health insurance policies; provides requirements for proof of coverage; provides eligibility criteria for university-sponsored insurance providers; requires annual reporting by state universities; specifies reporting requirements; requires BOG to review & report to Legislature on student access to health care services; specifies review criteria.
