Governmental Financial Information: Creates "Transparency Florida Act"; requires EOG to consult with specified legislative committees to establish website to provide information relating to each appropriation in GAA; requires JLAC to oversee & manage website; specifies requirements for data submission; requires JLAC to propose inclusion of specified information for state agencies, recommend format for collecting & displaying information from other governmental entities, develop specified schedule, & submit annual report to Governor & Legislature; requires governmental entities to provide certain information to JLAC; provides exemptions for specified local governments & specified information; requires OPB to maintain access to certain data.
