General Bill
Power Plants/Nuclear/Cost Recovery [EPSC]:
Authorizes a utility to recover costs through rates upon a determination by
the PSC that the costs are prudent under certain conditions. Requires the
utility to issue credits to its customers. Requires the PSC to terminate
rates approved for an abandoned project and order the utility to refund
customers. Deletes provisions that authorize the utility to recover
preconstruction and construction costs, etc.
