CS/CS/SB 1888 (2009) -  Child Custody/Temporary and Concurrent [SPSC]

by Judiciary and Children, Families, and Elder Affairs and Storms
Revises provisions relating to petitions and court orders awarding the temporary custody of a child to an extended family member, to also provide for concurrent custody with the parents of the child. Revises the petition for concurrent custody to require additional information. Provides for the court to terminate an order for concurrent custody if a parent withdraws his or her consent to the order, etc.
