Regulation of Public Swimming and Bathing Facilities: Authorizes DOH to assign to certain special districts duties relating to construction & inspection of, & issuing of permits for, public swimming pools & bathing places; requires DOH to evaluate personnel qualifications & enforce rules pertaining thereto; provides for transfer of specified surveillance duties from DOH to certain special districts; authorizes certain special districts to collect certain fees & deposit fees in applicable County Health Department Trust Fund.
