Workplace Safety: Requires public employers to submit by certain date injury & illness data to Division of Workers' Compensation in Department of Financial Services using specified form; authorizes division to adopt rules; requires division to compile data from reports & make data available on division's website; requires employer to retain reports for 7 years; requires division to establish toll-free telephone number for public employees relating to workplace safety by certain date; requires division to provide certain information on its website by certain date; requires all public employers to comply with certain federal OSHA standards by certain date; revises annual report submitted by department to include analysis & summary on public employers' work-related injuries & workers' compensation claims; requires report to be provided to public employers & related officials.
