CS/CS/SB 2322 (2009) -  Military Base Closures [GPSC]

General Bill by Commerce and Military Affairs and Domestic Security and Gaetz (CO-SPONSORS) Peaden; Altman; Haridopolos; Justice; Baker
Military Base Closures [GPSC]: Establishes the Florida Council on Military Base and Mission Support. Provides the council's mission. Provides for terms of appointment, reappointment of members, and election of a council chair and vice chair. Provides for members to be reimbursed for expenses. Requires the OTTED within the Executive Office of the Governor provide administrative support. Provides for council workgroups and the tasks of the workgroups, etc.
