GENERAL BILL   by Fitzgerald (CO-SPONSORS) Bullard; Jenne; Skidmore
Renewable Energy: Establishes "Florida Renewable Energy Freedom Act"; requires electric utilities to provide producers of renewable energy with interconnection & metering services; specifies requirements & fees for such services; requires electric utilities to purchase renewable energy at specified rates; requires producers of renewable energy to provide commission with certain information; provides limitation on sale or transfer of electrical energy generated by renewable energy sources; requires PSC to adopt specified rules & submit report to Governor & Legislature.
