Veterans: Requires school districts to observe Veterans' Day & Veterans' Awareness Week; provides requirements for such recognition; directs DCFS to establish up to three pilot projects for purpose of reducing suicide among veterans & increasing access to services; provides duties of DCFS; provides requirements for pilot project programs; requires Statewide Office of Suicide Prevention, DVA, & Florida National Guard to enter into partnerships with pilot projects & community providers to implement initiative; requires evaluation & report; provides for expiration of pilot projects; establishes suicide prevention direct-support organization answerable to SOSP to assist with funding veterans' suicide prevention initiatives; provides corporate requirements; provides for board of directors; provides for contract with office & contract requirements; authorizes DSO to use property, facilities, & personnel services of SOSP; requires moneys of DSO to be deposited in separate account in name of organization.
