OGSR/Councils on Children's Services and Juvenile Welfare Boards: Removes scheduled repeal under Open Government Sunset Review Act of exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information of child, or parent or guardian of child, held by council on children's services, juvenile welfare board, or other similar entity, or held by service provider or researcher under contract with such entity; makes editorial changes.
