GENERAL BILL   by Criminal & Civil Justice Appropriations Committee and Adams
Court Finances: Specifies for graduated filing fees based upon claim values imposed on parties instituting certain real property foreclosures civil actions; provides requirements for determining claim values; provides a graduated fee schedule; authorizes clerks of court to impose additional filing fees; expands parties subject to certain filing fees; requests Supreme Court to modify certain judicial rules to implement changes made by act, etc.
