SB 500 (2010) -  Reactive Drywall Mitigation [CPSC]

Creates the Reactive Drywall Mitigation Act. Prohibits a person from performing an inspection or preparing a plan for the removal of reactive drywall or removing reactive drywall and damaged items unless the person is employed by a licensed reactive drywall mitigation business. Specifies prerequisites for licensure by the DBPR as a reactive drywall mitigation business, etc.
