Driving Safety/Ronshay Dugans Act [CPSC]: Creates the "Ronshay Dugans Act." Designates Drowsy Driving Prevention Week. Encourages the HSMV and the DOT to educate the law enforcement community and the public about the relationship between fatigue and driving performance.
