CS/CS/HB 645 (2010) -  Community Residential Homes

by Health & Family Services Policy Council and Military & Local Affairs Policy Committee and Stargel (CO-SPONSORS) Van Zant
Prohibits certain rules adopted by APD from restricting number of facilities designated as community residential homes located within planned residential community; defines terms "planned residential community" & "sober house transitional living home"; provides that community residential homes located within planned residential communities may be contiguous to one another; prohibits local government from imposing proximity limitations under certain circumstances.
