SB 1496 (2010) -  Public Records/Crime Scene Photos/Images/Videos [SPSC]

Provides an exemption from the public records law for investigative or crime scene photographs, images, or video recordings of a deceased person, a part of a deceased person, or any part of a person's extreme, severe, or acute injuries held by a law enforcement agency. Provides exceptions for certain relatives, injured persons, or their designees. Provides for future legislative review and repeal. Provides a finding of public necessity, etc.
