SB 1768 (2010) -  Procurement of Commodities & Contractual Services [EPSC]

Provides that an agency, county, or municipality that is required to make purchases of commodities or contractual services through competitive solicitation must provide vendors the option to submit competitive sealed bids through a uniform secure electronic interactive Internet system. Requires specified notification in invitations to bid, etc.
