Public School Mathematics and Science Instructional Materials: Creates Florida Center for World Excellence in Mathematics & Science to provide for review of mathematics & science instructional materials; provides duties of center to include recommendations to Commissioner of Education of instructional materials for use in K-12 public schools beginning with 2011-2012 school year; requires commissioner to adopt instructional materials in mathematics & science according to schedule developed by commissioner; requires center to form advisory panels for mathematics & science to make recommendations to center; specifies requirements for recommended instructional materials; provides for funding.
