Indian River Mosquito Control District, Indian River County: Revises powers of board of commissioners relating to employment of certain persons; specifies provisions of law governing election of commissioners & removes obsolete provisions for staggering of initial terms; requires district to pay for surety bonds required of commissioners prior to their assuming office; requires commissioners to elect treasurer for board; revises per diem & travel expense provisions for commissioners & employees; revises powers of board relating to control of mosquitoes & sandflies & deletes power of board to eliminate all species of mosquitoes & sandflies in district; revises provisions relating to board's purchasing, borrowing, & insurance requirements.
