Grade Level Assignment Assessments/DOE [SPSC]: Requires that the DOE adopt assessments for grade level assignment of a
student who attended a private school or home school and who is transferring
to or enrolling in public school. Requires that the assessments be based upon
state-adopted grade level standards. Requires that parents allow for their
child to be assessed regardless of the date of enrollment during the school
year, etc.
