Drinking Water: Renames Florida Water Pollution Control Financing Corporation as Florida Water Pollution Control & Drinking Water Financing Corporation; revises provisions regarding purpose, powers, & duties of corporation; provides that specified drinking water projects & activities are eligible for financing; authorizes DEP to request loans for planning, designing, & constructing specified public water systems; deletes requirement for DEP to administer programs funded by corporation; authorizes DEP to adopt rules regarding procedural & contractual relationship between DEP & corporation; provides that specified use of funds from Drinking Water Revolving Loan Trust Fund is subject to annual appropriation; exempts trust fund from termination.
