CS/SB 318 (2011) -  Postsecondary Student Fees

General Bill by Judiciary and Siplin
Postsecondary Student Fees: Provides an exemption from payment of nonresident tuition at a state university or a Florida College System institution for a student who meets specified requirements. Requires the Board of Governors of the State University System to adopt regulations and the State Board of Education to adopt rules.
