General Bill   by Government Operations Subcommittee and K-20 Innovation Subcommittee and Logan (CO-SPONSORS) Horner
District School Board Membership: Requires that district school boards consist of nine members in counties where population exceeds certain number; provides for single-member & at-large districts; requires nonpartisan elections; provides for election of chair & vice chair of school board; provides for 4-year terms of office & staggered terms of members; permits changes in boundaries of school board member residence areas & provides procedure for publication of those changes.
