Repeals provisions relating to the procurement of goods and services by the corporation. Provides standards for procurements by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Provides legislative intent. Provides definitions. Provides general purchasing rules for the procurement of goods or services by the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Requires the corporation's legal department and purchasing department to jointly prepare a contract for the procurement of goods or services, etc.
