HB 29 (2012) -  Sentencing in Capital Felonies

Requires that advisory sentence of death be made by unanimous recommendation of jury after defendant's conviction or adjudication of guilt for capital felony or capital drug trafficking felony; requires that court enter sentence notwithstanding unanimous recommendation of jury.
