SB 1364 - Controlled Substances

General Bill   by Hays
Controlled Substances: Prohibiting the knowing use of a Schedule II controlled substance in a form or manner other than that in which the manufacturer or prescriber intended it to be used; providing criminal penalties; requiring the Board of Pharmacy to create a list of opioid analgesic drugs that incorporate a tamper-resistance technology and have been approved by a specified agency; prohibiting substitution for such an opioid analgesic drug with another opioid analgesic drug without meeting specified requirements, etc.
