SB 1214 (2013) -  Public Records/Medical Use of Cannabis/DOH/DBPR/DOR

Exempting from public records requirements a form, application, record, interview, report, physician’s statement, memorandum, or drug test result, relating to the medical use of cannabis, held by the Department of Health, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or the Department of Revenue; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: July 1, 2013, if SB 1250, or similar legislation that legalizes the medical use of cannabis, is adopted in the same legislative session, or an extension thereof, and becomes a law
