SB 410 (2014) -  Fair Housing Act

Providing that a person aggrieved by a discriminatory housing practice may file a civil action to enforce the rights granted and protected by the Fair Housing Act without filing a complaint with the Florida Commission on Human Relations or without regard to the status of a complaint filed with the commission, etc.
