Sharks: Prohibits possession, sale, trade, purchase, shipping, barter, exchange, or distribution of shark fins; provides criminal penalties & assessment of specified fees & costs by FWCC; requires destruction of seized shark fins; provides for applicability; authorizes FWCC to adopt rules.
