Hepatitis C Testing: Requiring specified persons to be offered hepatitis C testing; requiring a health care practitioner to provide followup health care to persons who receive a positive test result; requiring the Department of Health to adopt rules and make standard hepatitis C information sheets available to health care practitioners; providing applicability with respect to hepatitis C testing by health care practitioners, etc.
