CS/CS/HB 1315 (2014) -  Public Officers and Employees

by Local & Federal Affairs Committee and Ethics & Elections Subcommittee and McBurney and Ray (CO-SPONSORS) Campbell
Authorizes electors of political subdivision to impose additional or more stringent standards of conduct & disclosure requirements upon political subdivision’s officers & employees; provides that respondent is entitled to public hearing upon finding of probable cause of violation of local ethics ordinance; requires local ethics ordinance to establish certain procedures.
