CS/CS/SB 7066 (2015) -  Low-THC Cannabis

General Bill by Rules and Health Policy and Regulated Industries
Low-THC Cannabis: Revising the illnesses and symptoms for which a physician may order a patient the medical use of low-THC cannabis in certain circumstances; providing that a physician who improperly orders low-THC cannabis is subject to specified disciplinary action; revising the duties of the Department of Health; requiring the department to allow specified persons engaged in research to access the compassionate use registry, etc.
