HB 1 (2016) -  Physician Admitting Privileges

Creates "Women's Health Protection Act"; requires that physicians performing or inducing termination of life procedure have admitting privileges at hospital within specified distance of location where procedure is performed or induced & provide certain health care services; specifies that violations by physicians are grounds for disciplinary action, to which penalties apply; defines term "termination of life."
