Independent Postsecondary Educational Institutions: Revises provisions relating to Commission for Independent Education & institutions licensed by commission, licensure of such institutions, financial requirements of such institutions, continuing education for certain personnel at such institutions, Student Protection Fund, & criminal penalties for unlawful closure of such institutions; creates Closed Institution Panel within commission; creates accountability measures for institutions licensed by commission.
