General Bill
Ad Valorem Taxation:
Requiring a property appraiser to reduce the assessed value of a residential property damaged or destroyed by a natural disaster under certain conditions; requiring a property appraiser who determines a property is eligible for a reduction to submit a written statement to the tax collector and specifying the contents thereof; requiring the tax collector to notify the Department of Revenue and the board of county commissioners of the total reduction in taxes, etc.
