General Bill
Alimony:
Specifying that a court may not use certain presumptive alimony guidelines in calculating such alimony; providing presumptions concerning alimony awards depending on the duration of marriages; specifying that a combined award of alimony and child support may not constitute more than a specified percentage of a payor’s net income, etc.
