HB 69 (2003) -  Firearms

Provides that an exemption from public records requirements for specified records pertaining to a buyer or transferee of a firearm and the duty of the Department of Law Enforcement with respect to maintaining such records do not apply to pawnbroker transaction forms that record a transaction involving a firearm.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect upon becoming a law
