Meeting Overview/Summary:
Prior to consideration of bills on the agenda, there will be a presentation by the Office of the Attorney General regarding the challenge of the final order rendered by the Public Service Commission on December 24, 2003, approving as set forth in the order the petitions of Sprint, Verizon, and BellSouth to reduce intrastate access charges and raise basic service rates and providing for the flow through of access charge reductions by intrastate interexchange carriers.
