Meeting Overview/Summary:
The committee will review the applicability of statutory requirements for preparation of statements of estimated regulatory cost (12D-9.020), agency responses to lower cost alternatives submitted after a Notice of Change (12D-9.020), availability of agency staff responsible for preparing a proposed rule at workshops and hearings conducted during rulemaking (12D-9.020, 12D-1.002), and review status of rulemaking respecting the revision of fees established in Rule 12-9.0055.
