Meeting Overview/Summary:
Presentation by Marshall Stranburg, Executive Director, Florida Department of Revenue. Mr. Stranburg has been asked to address the operation, under Rule 12-9.002, F.A.C., of the Certified Florida Appraisers Committee and the Certified Florida Collectors Committee, with respect to the sunshine law application and ethics training of members.
The subcommittee will also continue it's discussion of recent DOR rulemaking.
