Waive the RulesA member may make a motion to waive the rules in the consideration of a measure on the Chamber floor.  A vote of two-thirds is required for the motion to be agreed to.
Withdraw
To remove a bill, amendment, or other measure from a council or committee or from further consideration in the Chamber.
Without ObjectionA phrase used by the presiding officer during session to indicate that he or she is disposing of a matter without taking a roll call vote of the members.  It is understood that the action taken is unanimously approved by the members present.
