General Bill by Peterman (CO-SPONSORS) Gannon; Gottlieb; Harper; Holloway; Kendrick; Roberson, Y.; Rubio

Farm Labor Contractors: Guarantees payment of wages by persons utilizing the services of farm labor contractors; provides a remedy for unpaid wages.

Effective Date: This act shall take effect July 1, 2003
