HJR 307 (2006) -  Pledge of Allegiance

Proposes an amendment to s. 1, Art. IX of the State Constitution to require the daily recital of the pledge of allegiance to the American flag in the public schools of this state, to provide for a student to be excused from reciting the pledge upon written request by the student's parent, and to provide protocol for showing respect during the recital.
