High School Athletics: Requires Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) to facilitate 1-year drug testing program to randomly test certain students for anabolic steroid use; requires participation in program as prerequisite for membership in FHSAA; provides penalties for positive findings; provides for challenge & appeal; provides for repeal of program.
Effective Date: July 1, 2007.
